Installation is as simple as copying a few files, installing the fonts on each PC that will be printing checks, and then testing and "lining up" a couple of sample checks.

Pictured below on the left is a typical 'blank' check stock form. Note that it is not actually a blank piece of paper, but includes an outline and coloring where the check will be printed. The blank check stock forms we recommend from Deluxe also include a number of security features such as chemical protection and erasure protection.

On the right is an example of a check after it has been printed using Foundation One EZ-Check MICR encoded check printing software. Note that all printed text can be modified to use any Windows font available. All necessary bank information is printed on the check, and the Routing Transit Number, Depositor Account Number, and check number are printed in the required MICR font with precise positioning at the bottom of the check.

• MICR Font (E-13B) software for Windows that allows you to print MICR account numbers at the bottom of your check form as required by bank processing systems. All fonts meet ANSI Standard X9.27-1995.
• Special Secure Number fonts allow you to print the dollar amount on checks in a secure manner. A variety of different Secure Number fonts are provided, each of which lets you print number amounts that are practically impossible to alter.
• Foundation One check printing software enhancements for Professional Series 6.x or 7.x. Once it's installed, you can easily make changes to the check form yourself. You can even include a logo on the check.
• A free scanned graphic of any signatures required on your check. If you don't have access to a scanner, we'll scan the signatures for you and provide you with the resulting graphics file free of charge. This graphic can be included on the check form so that your checks will print with required signatures, eliminating the need for manual check signing.
• Foundation One assistance. We'll provide up to one full hour of telephone technical support, free of charge, to help you customize the appearance of the printing on your check form (font, positioning, bold, logo, etc.) to suit your requirements.
